I complained to the front desk, and they said they couldn't do anything about it because they didn't own the parking lot. There were other guests in the hotel that these areas were unavailable! Right below my room in the hotel's breezeway there were intoxicated women yelling all night. They also took over the outside overlooking the river, and were yelling and obnoxious. They were there all evening, and the trash was still there in the morning when people were trying to sit there for breakfast. There was a large group that completely took over the lounge area that was loud and thrashed the area with trash and empty take out pizza boxes.

I would recommend the hotels the casino's run next door ! No soap or shampoo anymore, only bulk dispensers that have low quality product.
